Web Standard
What is the width (in px) are standard web pages?
For example, Yahoo or another. I'm building a site in Publisher, and too thin now at 760, but .... prefer to know if there is a standard, or should I just pump up to a few hundred pixels? Thanks in advance.
Well .. people 800 x 600 px, but many people (not know) are the transition up to 1024 x 768 px because it gives you more room to work. Most of my sites are about 900 px wide and I usually add "This site is best viewed with a resolution of 1024 x 768 px. I do not really think there is a rule. Or you told me. Therefore, it is likely that can make up to 850 or 900, but I would not go anywhere beyond. I hope this has helped ...
