How to install Ubuntu Linux on my Compaq LTE 5300 laptop?
A few hours ago, I found my old Compaq LTE 5300. I formatted the hard drive to install Ubuntu Linux. The problem is that it will not boot from the CD-ROM. I looked at the configuration of computers and tried to refine a little, but nothing seems to work. The problem is I can not find anything in the BIOS Setup Team.
as "Wes m," the CD rom experience first boot device in BIOS setup, and also make sure that the CD is bootable.
