Which is better for battery life of Sony VAIO laptop?
I bought a new Sony Vaio laptop yesterday and completely charge the battery. Now, my question is: Is it better to have the laptop battery and use it for the battery is completely empty and then load again. Or is it better to just stick the charger plugged in when working in the product (at home)?
Most batteries today are L-ion (Lithium Ion). They have a special memory that cuts the short battery life. Let me explain: If you get the charger of your laptop and let the computer load halfway. If you do this for a long time (several months), battery charge will get used to getting halfway and tracks the battery is essentially 0 when is supposed to halfway. This is hard to beat in a laptop, since they are constantly in motion. My advice is - you will be charged when it is very low, about to die, but if you really need, then do not practice.
