What is the best tattoo shop in New York at Albany, the price and the rational design wise?
Im tired of u tell me to stop looking for a cheap place, if u read the question im working on whos worth the price. If u have no answer to my question No. 2 and UR So just to write some stupid answer not respond at all.
You should not take anybody's opinion on this store is the best, are so many factors that make a great tattoo artist. Stencil Some Tattoos are better washed gray, some are colored and some are better than tattoo not real talented at drawing. My best advice is to go from store to store in your city, check all portfolios of the artists and tell them you are looking for a good artist. Talk to everyone and not decide on an artist you have seen the work of many. In addition, you should never Negotiating for a tattoo shop ... that is so stupid! If you want a large tattoo that look beautiful for many years, the price should not be a factor. If you find the most cheap artist in the city, should not be a tattoo! You will only regret it later anyway. Good luck!
