How do I reset the factory with the product recovery DVD that came with my PC?
They told me I should save commands matter before proceeding? Windows Media I 2005 edition, which came with a recovery DVD? have the recovery CD, how do I start? im sorry I'm new at this. all that happens is a blue screen appears, what should I do now?
To format the hard disk, you need a recovery disc or Windows CD. No boot disk is required unless you try to install Windows 95. The recovery disk is usually included with your computer if you need to call the manufacture your company's computers and Order. The recovery disk and your Windows CD to partition the hard disk and memory clean and start again. This will kill all viruses and others harmful agents from your computer. You should get a control of antivirus and pest control to avoid these agents in the system after formatting. Secure backup of important data on your hard drive before formatting or use the recovery disc, because all data on your hard disk will be deleted.
