printer probs, I have a HP deskjet5850 no probs before Vista will not print the random text, graphics, etc.
I tried to load pilot, I contacted HP, no help, they tried. The first problem I noticed is when he tried to print Printmaster Platinum 16. It would print text, headings, graphics. I updated Printmaster Gold 18 with the same results. It is also based on networks and other programs. I tried everything I know to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
Have you downloaded the latest drivers for the printer? Your best solution (which is definitely work) is to change the machine to XP or Linux. Driver Support in Vista is catastrophic.
