Any movie that contains mostly Italian dialogue would be considered a foreign film?
Any film that Italian dialogue contains essentially be considered a foreign film under standard film? This film contains English Italiano. Actors had to learn Italian in the scenes that were needed. This film was directed and produced in the United States. The three are producers. The director is American and he is also one of the producers. The other producer is Italian and the other is Hispanic. If this were to be distributed to the Oscars or Golden Globes, the film would be classified as a foreign film?

Also of the above listed mandatory, the project should also include at least three of the following: * six) Most of the key players must be Italian * 7) The three quarters parts of the secondary distribution must be Italian *

Film foreign candidates are selected from a list of films presented by foreign nations. All foreign countries may submit a film per year. Film production companies seeking finance officials from foreign countries, as generally larger budget is the best film, but also by the possibility of winning a prize in a Foreign Film category in which there is always a great competition.
