Dream Day constantly be anorexic, I know your image obbsessing wrong before, I want to do is healthy?
I doubt if there is discrepancy that im on slimmingworld as is, but still hates me and wants to lose weight faster than someone can help. IM IM scared of being anorexic because I look at food and feel wrong and put in the dish, if I am ill. Help.
Please try to lose weight deeply. I am anorexic and recovery, and is more difficult to recover. With all the negative mental and physical an eating disorder, your metabolism slows down when the force of your body in starvation mode. An eating disorder is lost muscle and fat, while a regular diet, lose mostly fat. Try to keep these facts in mind when the plans so that you can remember that it is necessary to follow a moderately restricted diet. Never eat less than 1,200 calories per day, or perhaps to force your body into starvation mode. Please Disorder food is not something you want. You may want to talk to someone about your feelings of self-hatred and aversion to your body so it can meet these feelings and prevent the development of an eating disorder. A nutritionist may also be able to help work with you to develop a healthy eating plan that will make you feel good about what you eat. Try to avoid behaviors such as reorganization of food on a plate, or other habits that could become entrenched on you and hard to break. Strange foods and eating habits and rituals are often the parts of an eating disorder and can be very difficult to overcome once you're accustomed to these rituals. To lose weight faster, you can limit your intake of calories (though you should eat less than 1,200 calories per day) or you can add more exercise. Make sure you do not skip meals, include all food groups in your diet, drink enough water, see the sizes of portions and be aware of nutritional information about foods. Hope this helps.
